There's always something going for your visit at Zoo Atlanta!
Animal keeper talks, training demonstrations, fun shows, animal encounters and more! You will receive an up-to-date schedule of the day's activities when you visit the zoo. Daily activities may change on days of special events. All activities are weather permitting. Volunteers, Docents, and Zoo staff are always available to provide helpful information about many aspects of the zoo. Don't hesitate to ask!
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis. There is no charge for wheelchairs although a photo ID must be presented. The zoo is handicapped accessible.
Strollers are also available for rental. Single strollers are $6.00 and double strollers are $9.00. There is a $2.00 deposit.
There is a Wachovia Bank ATM at the front gate.
Zoo Atlanta is open of the year except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Hours of operation are, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Adults $17.00
Senior Citizens (55+) $13.00
Children (3-11) $12.00
*Prices do not include GA state sales tax
Children two and younger are free.
Methods of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, traveler's check and debit card. There is a Wachovia Bank ATM at the front gate of the zoo.
Zoo Atlanta members can visit as often as they like for free!
* The Norfolk Southern Zoo Express Train and Nabisco Endangered Species Carousel are $1.50 each.
Our newest attraction-the Rock Climber is $3 per climb or $5 for an all-ride pass which allows you to ride the carousel and train as well.

The Chehaw,
Wild Animal Park. Albany, Ga.
Originally laid out by noted naturalist Jim Fowler (of TV's Wild Kingdom),
Chehaw Wild Animal Park features natural habitat exhibits with native
and exotic animals.
Visitors can stroll scenic boardwalks through the cypress swamps.
Kids will love the Petting Zoo close by.
Then enjoy special programs at the Amphitheater and tour the Reptile and Small Animal House.
